AREA B BEMIS/SMYTHE RESULTS

JSA is very proud to have both a Bemis and a Smythe entry sailing in the Nationals, at the San Francisco Yacht Club, August 11 through 16! The Bemis team of Erik Storck and Zach Goldman from NBSA finished first in the Area B eliminations, sailed recently on the Hudson River. They had consistent top three finishes in the 12-race series. Jack McCallum from Cedar Point had a number of firsts and seconds in the Laser fleet, finishing second in the 12-race series. Since Area B sends both the first and second place finishers to the Nationals, Jack will be competing in the Smythe. In addition, Jack received the Sportsmanship Award!
